Second Chance Hiring
We encircle families and individuals impacted by the criminal justice system by bringing together resources that stabilize their futures. The College of Trades program is an opportunity for adults at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center to learn essential professional and technical skills. The Discovery for Teens program helps youth with criminal charges discover their personal work interests.
