The Whiteman AFB Transition Assistance Program (TAP) provides Total Force service members and their families with the knowledge, skills and abilities to empower them to make informed career decisions, be competitive in a global work force and become positive contributors to their community as they transition from military service and reintegrate into civilian life. The Transition Assistance Program is comprised of four mandatory elements; Initial Transition Counseling, Pre-separation Counseling, TAP Workshops, and Capstone.
